This site www.ezstreet.no is owned and operated by EZ STREET, with registered office address at 13611 S. Dixie Hwy, Suite 430 Miami, FL 33176. Our core activity is the licensing and sales of EZ STREET asphalt products. We act as a data controller on behalf of the EZ STREET country websites. This Privacy Notice applies to each of these websites. Each EZ STREET website is separate and independent and this Privacy Notice applies to each separately and independently. None of the EZ STREET web sites have any liability for other websites’ acts or omissions.

This Site may link to several sub-sites provided by other entities within and outside of the EZ STREET Group of websites. Whilst we try to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other website or entities. Scope of the Data Processing

If you are interested in becoming a distributor of the Company’s products, you can apply online. You may submit the form under the “Become a Distributor” tab on our Site.

Your personal data will be seen by the responsible distributor personnel.

We process personal data in order to reach a decision on whether to establish a distributor relationship, specifically for the selection process for suitable candidates and the administrative implementation of the application process.

Scope of Data Processing

You have the option of requesting a quote for the Company’s product using a form. In this case, we process the following data from the input screen: First Name, Last Name, Zip Code, Email Address, Phone Number, and Quantity of Requested Order.

Right to Object to Processing (Including for Direct Marketing)

Individuals have the right to object to the Company’s processing personal data in certain instances. You have the absolute right to object to Company’s processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you would like to object to the Company’s processing of your personal data, please provide a written request to privacy@ez.st with the subject line “REQUEST TO OBJECT TO PROCESSING.”

Right to Withdraw Consent

Individuals have the absolute right to withdraw their consent to Company’s processing of personal data, if such consent was used as a basis for Company to begin processing. If you would like to object to the Company’s processing of your personal data based on consent, please provide a written request to privacy@ez.st with the subject line “REQUEST TO WITHDRAW CONSENT.”

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

Individuals have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the GDPR.

Disclosures

In connection with one or more of the purposes outlines in the “Data we collect and why we use it” section above, we may disclose details about you to other members of the EZ STREET group of licensees, third parties that provide services to us and/or the EZ STREET group of licensees that reasonably require access to personal data relating to you and for one or more of the purposes outline in the “Data we collect and why we use it” section above. If our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.

Please note that some of the recipients of your personal data referenced above may be based in countries outside of the European Union whose laws may not provide the same level of data protection. IN such cases, we will ensure that there are adequate safeguards in place to protect your personal data that comply with our legal obligations. The adequate safeguard might be a data transfer agreement with the recipient based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers of personal data to third countries.
